Our Process when working with you, our valued customer is as follows:

STEP 1: REQUEST A FREE DESIGN QUOTE

The method of contacting Naples Custom Wine Storage is up to you.  By phone, email, quote request through our website or visit to our show room we are happy to speak with you about your Wine Storage wants, needs and desires in a relaxed and comfortable manner – there’s certainly no cost for inquiring, for brainstorming and sharing ideas about your desires, for asking us to design and quote your ideal storage solution.

We work at your pace to turn your Custom Wine Storage vision into your reality.  Of course, we work with you in a relaxed fashion without pressure, ever.  Jerri Stotts, (our General Manager and your personal Design Consultant),is your first point of contact to assist with your questions, to understand your needs, and to determine next steps if you so desire as we work together to turn your vision into reality.

Step 2: PRODUCTION

Once you’ve spoken with or met in person with Jerri and your goals have been established, Jerri will bring in the rest of our fabulous “dream team”.  Our creative and talented artists and designers will work with you and Jerri to create custom images for your review and approval.  Approved images will be converted to CAD blueprints of your design complete with specifications.  During this step Jerri will direct our experts in the preparation of the CAD drawings including the construction and engineering specifications.  We will all be your partners in finalizing the dimensions, construction needs and mechanical (refrigeration and monitoring) configurations you desire, including the incorporation of any “gadgets” you would like to see and manage on your smart phone.  Upon approval of the CAD, Jerri will coordinate with her team to prepare your custom quote for your review and approval.

Step 3: DELIVERY / INSTALLATION

Now we begin the journey!  Once you review and approve a quotation we will begin production.  Each step of the way Jerri and her team will provide you with email, photo and video updates regarding the progress of your custom wine cabinet.  Whether you are local to the Naples area or across the country, Jerri and her team are only an email, phone call, personal visit or video conference call away, always prepared to provide you the latest update!  We want you to participate as closely as you want in every aspect of the design process, the build process and the installation process of your new Naples Custom Wine Storage solution.
